Dealer Upgrades

If I purchase the Lite or Standard version of Dealer can I upgrade to Standard, Pro?
Yes, all it takes is for us to issue you with a new registration code. No extra software needs to be installed.

Connect Grant-Day Software to another branch

I now operate more than one branch of my business. Can I connect Grant-Day software with all my branches?
Yes we now have our Enterprise version (currently available with Dealer and Versacred) which has WAN (Wide Area Network) capability. This means that offices and branches can be connected by an ‘on-line’ computer network connected to a central database via the Internet, giving real time information.

Support Contracts

Are Support Contracts Compulsory?
Certainly not! Both our Help Desk and Update Subscription contacts are completely optional.

Update My Software

If I don't subscribe to the updates, can I still update my software with the latest version?
Updates can still be purchased on request. However, this is a more expensive option than by subscription.

Training Provided

Does Grant-Day provide training?
Every software package contains extensive built-in Help. In addition a 0800 Help Desk service is provided. The service is free while trialing and up to 60 days after the software is registered. Grant-Day also conducts training seminars where demand exists.

How Many Users

How many people/businesses use Grant-Day software?
We have over 600 clients in New Zealand and Australia. Dealer.NZ alone has over 450 users in New Zealand.
