Fast Account Set-up - Setting up new accounts is a breeze. Pre-sets for such things as establishment fees, interest rates, credit, and default fees etc aid to a speedy contract entry. A built-in finance calculator allows for accurate calculations and the checking of contracts. Agreement contracts can be designed to your own requirements and printed on 'plain paper' together with required disclosure documents.

Flexible Interest and Charges - VersaCred handles fixed interest and revolving credit contracts. Interest can be charged by one of three different methods, and is calculated on a daily basis and debited at any time. Interest rates can flexible for any contract. Repayment periods can range from weekly to yearly and can consist of variable amounts including interest free periods. VersaCred can also automatic charge account maintenance fees.

Customers - Fast look-up for customer and account details. Allows for multiple customers per contract. Likewise customers can have multiple contracts. Contains a built-in notebook to record customer anecdotes. Stores a copy of notices and letters and Guarantee details.

Default Interest and Fees - Charging default interest on overdue amounts is so easy with VersaCred. Each contract can have its own set rate. Default interest on overdue amounts is charged on a daily basis.

Credit Control - Fast arrears reporting either by contract look-up or report. VersaCred has an extensive overdue letter or email system either using the pre-set and statuary letters/notices or with the built-in word processor design your own form letters. Letter fees can be charged by setting a fee for each letter or notice. No need to buy other software, VersaCred has its own built-in word processor. All letters can be emailed direct from VersaCred.

Early Full Repayment - A fee for early full repayment can be set (variable for each contract). Rebates for consumer credit insurance are automatically calculated as required by the CCCF Act. In addition, fees are charged if there is any 'creditors loss' arising from early repayment as specified by the CCCF Act.

Reporting - A full range of reports are available from customer list to sophisticated income reports. All reports can be displayed on screen and/or printed at the touch of a button. A variety of graphs can be produced to report on such things as cash flow, customer repayment performance etc.

Program Security - The program allows for a 'key person' to have full rights and control. A multi-level password system allows the 'key person' to restrict certain areas of the program to other selected users. A very comprehensive Back-up system is employed consisting of a daily back-up to hard disk is automatically performed when the program is first accessed for that day. This requires no user intervention. Each back-up is retaining for 30 days. Also a back-up for each and every month is stored indefinitely (Unless the file is accidentally removed or hard disk failure). Plus the program will automatically prompt the user to back-up on to a floppy disk or CD (recommended) every week on a four weekly rotational basis and in addition also a monthly disk.
